Policies

Dear all our loved and valued clients. In order to keep things running smooth and serve you better we are putting some new policies in place at the shop.

Please read ❤️

- 24 hours notice is required to cancel your appointment. We do confirmation calls the day or two before to help remind you. We also have a waiting list of clients that would hop in place of a cancellation. We want to do our best to get clients in that are waiting so please be courteous and give us advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

- No Show clients will be charged 50% of the service they had booked. This will need to be paid before rebooking. Again, we do confirmation calls to keep in touch and communicate. We don't want you dolls missing appointments.

- If you are more then 15 minutes late for your appointment the appointment will be cancelled. - When getting gels/acrylics if you have a nail break 3 days after a fill/set this will be fixed free of charge. AFTER 3 days this is considered "wear and tear", a repair charge will be set in place.
