To avoid no-show fees, 24 hour notice is required to cancel appointments. We do confirmation texts and calls to help remind you. Thank you for being courteous and cancelling/changing appointments in advance. This enables us to offer appointments to clients on the waiting list. The no-show fee is $30 and it is required to be paid in full before another treatment is booked.
If you are more then 15 minutes late for your appointment, the appointment will be cancelled.
